Symphony of the Soil is a documentary feature film that explores the complexity and mystery of soil. Filmed on four continents and sharing the voices of some of the world’s most esteemed soil scientists, farmers and activists, the film portrays soil as a protagonist of our planetary story.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity!
Join us for a special screening of Symphony of the Soil and a panel discussion with director Deborah Koons Garcia, Stone Barns Center Board President Fred Kirschenmann and Vegetable Farm Manager Jack Algiere.
“I have seen this documentary and can confidently assure anyone seeing it will no longer be able to think that soil is just dirt, and will be inspired to do their part to preserve and care for it. It is both informative and inspiring.” – Fred Kirschenmann
