I’m on a to-do fitness schedule, crunch diet roll.
The diet is starting off a little rough. I woke up this morning hungrier then a 6 headed cow. *sigh*. Yesterday was a small salad for lunch and another small salad for dinner with one beer in there somewhere too. Today it’s 2 eggs on english muffin for breakfast, a chicken wrap for lunch and a steak for dinner. I usually save the steak for when I do more strength training, I’m not sure why, but for some reason I can recover better that way.
So far so goo. First week almost done.
